Meet the Rodan Air Maintenance Inc. Team.
Each individual brings a set of unique gifts that is valued not only by the owner of Rodan Air Maintenance Inc. but mostly by our customers.
Rodan is fortunate to have such great individuals on its team.

Justin Rogers: The Visionary Behind Rodan
Justin Rogers, owner-operator of Rodan Air Maintenance Inc., has been a key figure in aviation maintenance since 1987. His career began at Summit Air Charters, where he honed his skills before joining Trans North Helicopters. When Summit Air left Whitehorse, Justin saw a gap in local maintenance services and began offering after-hours help from the back of his truck. At just 21, he founded Rodan Air Maintenance Inc., turning his passion for aviation into a trusted business.
Since then, Rodan has grown into a leader in the maintenance of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. As the PRM (Person Responsible for Maintenance) and QA (Quality Assurance) Manager, Justin ensures that all operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. His commitment to excellence and community has earned Rodan a reputation as a trusted name in aviation.
Henri Leclipteau: A Dedicated Engineer
Henri joined Rodan Air Maintenance in May 2019 as a fresh apprentice straight out of BCIT trade school. From day one, Henri made a significant impact. His positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the rapid development of his skills in a relatively short time have been nothing short of impressive.
Since joining, Henri has earned his M1 license and specific endorsements for the Bell 206, Rolls Royce C-20 series, and Rolls Royce C-30/47 series, further demonstrating his commitment and capability in the field. Not only does he take pride in his work as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), but he also plays an integral role in maintaining the shop and supporting his colleagues, contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Henri’s dedication, work ethic, and enthusiasm make him an invaluable part of the Rodan team, and we’re confident he will continue to grow and excel in his career.

KJ Allen
KJ began her aviation journey in the summer of 2019 as a Ramp Agent in Inuvik with North-Wright Airways. It was there she quickly fell in love with airplanes and the sense of adventure they inspire.
She went on to study Aviation Management at Yukon University and earned her Private Pilot Licence (PPL) through Alkan Air Flight Academy. During her time at the flight school, she also worked at the front desk, supporting instructors and students with day-to-day operations, and took every opportunity to fly friends and family, sharing her passion for flight.
In 2023, KJ joined the Rodan team, stepping into a more senior role as our Technical Records Clerk. Surrounded by books and paperwork, she keeps everything organized and compliant — but she also enjoys spending time on the floor, learning the basics of aircraft maintenance from our AMEs whenever she can.
KJ hopes to one day transition into a career as a commercial bush pilot and dreams of being the one flying aircraft into our shop for service.
